ANDREW NEIL: Labour's Budget looks worse by the day
ANDREW NEIL: Some of this Budget pain might be justified if there was some great prize at the end of it. But there is not.
Dear Friends, Now we have had the governments autumn budget there is much discussion on both sides on whether or not this is budget is good for our economy, jobs, wages. and employment stability.
None of us are exempt from this uncertain economic situation facing our country, this union recognises that these are difficult times, and the future is uncertain for many.
As you know The Workers of England Union prioritises the needs of the individual worker, laying emphasis on the ability to provide high quality advice in respect of skills and training or for grievance and disciplinary proceedings, along with expertise in employment law.
We are not a small Union, and we are very proud that our rapid growth has allowed us to stand up for so many workers during the recent years.
Independent from your employer.
Other unions deploy shop stewards who are usually members of that very same company or organisation you work for, and therefore must try to defend their members’ interests in front of the same management to which they themselves are answerable.
We work ONLY FOR YOU…PERIOD! Sadly, during the Covid lockdown many workers found out that their unions did NOT defend their rights as they should have because of political positions or loyalties.
We are ONLY motivated by our commitment to YOUR wellbeing NOT the political position of donors or political ideology.
Always remember that being a member of a trade union is a basic right in the UK and is essential for protecting your rights in the workplace.
Thank you taking the time to read this.
