If price continues to range between 4160–4140, we’re stepping away and waiting for a proper breakout + clean structure Right now PA is extremely choppy. Even after NYSE open, price has failed to make a clean push either lower or higher
Plan stays the same ..
Buys - if 4140s hold then we will wait for bullish structure above 4160 before considering buys
