With the way WE trade, I’m not interested in forcing setups when the momentum simply isn’t there. Low volume = PATIENCE

But that doesn’t mean we’re not working. 👀

I’m already on the charts marking out my key zones and building the game plan for where I want to strike once volume and momentum step back into the market

I’ll break down exactly what I’m watching, why these zones matter, and what confirmation I need before taking anything

Last night inside VIP, we called out 2 scalp setups based on the analysis we had mapped out

this is the LVL im keeping an 👀 for a potential setup ! For buys we need to see a solid candle closure + PA above 4410 4412 ... for sell we need to see the same pattern but below 4402 4400

remember its a bank holiday so theres no need to force, lets wait for confirmation and good PA

It’s not the market

This is where most traders unknowingly become gamblers

Gold starts flying 200–300+ pips… You missed your entry. Now your mind starts telling you:
“GET IN BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.”

So you enter with no confirmation. Price pulls back you panic. You close. Price moves again you re-enter. You lose now you increase your lot size because you want the money back... At this point you're not trading anymore

You're reacting
And the dangerous part? Sometimes it WORKS. You might chase a trade and make $1,000.
And now your mind thinks breaking your rules was the reason you made money
That’s how bad habits get rewarded

Imagine my plan says: SELL GOLD FROM 4500. Gold reaches 4485 and dumps 300 pips without touching my zone

The gambler thinks: “I WAS RIGHT! SELL NOW!”

The disciplined trader thinks: “My direction was right. My entry never came.”

BIG DIFFERENCE

Being right about direction doesn't automatically give you an entry. If price misses my AOI, I'm not chasing it halfway through the move. I wait for price to create new structure + a new value zone + new confirmation

Then I reassess
NO FILL = NO TRADE

This is what separates trading from gambling:

The gambler focuses on the OUTCOME. “How much can I make?”
The trader focuses on the PROCESS. “Did my setup actually form?”

Our process is simple: 👇
BIAS → AOI → STRUCTURE → CONFIRMATION → ENTRY → RISK → MANAGEMENT

If one of the important pieces is missing? I DON'T NEED THE TRADE
Because my edge isn't one trade. My edge is being able to execute the same high-quality process repeatedly. That's where consistency comes from
