NYSE is almost coming to an end I’ll be trading Asia session

ALRIGHT GUYS, LET’S BREAK DOWN THE SETUP WE TOOK THIS NYSE! TP3 HIT 200+ PIPS / 70% PROFITS BOOKED!

Last night during Asia / Pre-London, we already had our zones marked out. The plan was simple: either price breaks above our AOI and confirms continuation buys, or we wait for a deeper pullback into our H4 bullish value zone around 4370–4350

Now look at what actually happened on the 30M during London into NYSE. 👀
Yesterday at market open, Gold tapped around 4370 support and buyers stepped in aggressively, leaving behind a fresh 30M bullish FVG. Buyers initially showed strength, but volume eventually died off

Going into NYSE, price finally pulled back, filled that 30M FVG and buyers stepped in aggressively AGAIN, exactly where we wanted to see them

Then came the confirmation we were waiting for: 👇

BUYERS BROKE + CLOSED ABOVE 4400. ✅
That bullish expansion above 4400 left behind ANOTHER fresh 30M bullish FVG, which immediately became our new AOI for NYSE.
That’s exactly when I came active, started trading with you guys and sent out the limit.
The rest is history… TP3, 200+ PIPS

Now I also want to talk about the buy we took ABOVE the AOI because there’s actually an important lesson there. Price was struggling to retrace, so I waited for a lower-TF bullish setup that aligned with our overall plan. I knew the entry was higher risk because we were buying above our main AOI, so I used smaller risk. The PA looked good, but the trade failed

Looking back at it, we shouldn't have taken that entry while the H4 candle was closing. Waiting for the proper retracement into our value area would've been the higher-quality decision. And THAT goes straight into my trading journal

I’m not going to hide a losing setup just because the other trade delivered 200+ pips. Losses give us data. We review WHY it failed, what we could've done differently and use that information to improve the next execution

Those entries above our main AOI can work, but they're naturally lower probability / higher risk, which is exactly why I reduce my risk when attempting them
