I'm going to be real with you guys. This wasn't our cleanest week and that's completely fine. NY sessions were slow and choppy. PA wasn't giving us the clean setups we're used to. Some trades just didn't have probability on our side from the start, and when that happens, the market tells you. That's not a mistake. That's just how trading works sometimes
We took 15 trades this week.
7 wins. 7 losses. 3 breakeven exits. +1,420 net pips.
The losses weren't bad decisions the setups met our criteria, we executed the plan, and some of them just didn't go our way. That happens to every trader, at every level, every single week. What separates consistent traders from the rest is how you manage it when the probability isn't in your favour. You cut early. You protect capital. You move on to the next one
And that's exactly what we did
Because while NY was not the best for us, Asia kept delivering. And we held one trade Buy 4240 through all of it. Through the slow sessions. Through the uncertainty. And it ran to 1,000+ pips and covered the entire week on its own
That's the whole point of runner management. You don't need every trade to win. You need the right trade at the right time, managed correctly. Losses are part of this game. Missed limits are part of this game. Slow weeks are part of this game. None of that should shake your confidence or change how you approach the next session

As you guys can see, Gold really hasn’t done much at all. Price has basically been sitting around the same area since last night with very little volume or clean direction
I already have my AOI marked out and honestly, there’s nothing else we need to do right now besides WAIT. I’m not going to force a trade just because it’s Monday or because we want to be active
Remember we’re here for QUALITY setups, not just more trades. If Gold gives us the confirmation and volume we need, we’ll execute. If it doesn’t, we protect our capital and stay patient
I’m fully active today and have alarms set around our main AOIs, so you guys can go about your day. Once price reaches an area worth watching, I’ll be here breaking down the PA with you guys
