this sell limit is a great example .. we pre planned this hours ago, yesterday NY session, we set this as a limit, price failed to trigger us in and end up rejecting 30pips lower than our entry point and did 100+pips !!

Did i chase price beacuse price moved ? NOOOO !!!

Here's a simple filter I use before risking any money.

It takes less than 10 seconds, but it can save you from a lot of bad trades.
Before you click BUY or SELL, ask yourself these 3 questions:

❓1. Is this actually my setup, or am I chasing the candle?
Can I clearly explain why I'm taking this trade? Do I have my level, my confirmation, and a valid reason to enter? If not... I'm not taking it.

❓2. Would I still take this exact trade if I had just taken a loss?
If the answer is no, then I'm probably trading my emotions instead of my system. The market doesn't care if your last trade was a win or a loss.

❓3. Am I risking the right amount if I'm wrong?
Before thinking about profits, think about the loss. If this trade hits my stop loss, am I comfortable with that amount? If not, my position size is too big.

If you can't confidently answer all three... Don't take the trade.

One trade you miss won't change your future. One emotional trade absolutely can.

Try this on every trade today. I promise you'll start looking at the market differently !!!
