Bithumb partners with KPS to allow Crypto payments in 6k stores
Popular South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb is partnering with digital payment service provider Korea Pay Services (KPS) to pave the way for widespread digital asset adoption in the country. Both companies are working to give over 6,000 of the country’s retail outlets the option of accepting cryptocurrency payments for goods and services.

We are delighted to announce the addition of new fiat trading pairs on Bitfinex, together with markets for British Pounds (GBP) and the Japanese Yen (JPY).
Request Network (REQ) is now live!
This first version of the protocol allows you to:
Connect to your wallet with Metamask or your Ledger hardware wallet.
Create, send and pay a request in ETH. ERC20 payment integration will soon be available.
Pay the same request multiple times.
Update a broadcasted request (add a subtract as the payee or an additional as the payer).
Check all outstanding and incoming requests associated with your ETH address.

Wanchain has been actively engaged with the Ledger development team to get support for WAN integrated. There is no ETA for Ledger support for WAN at this time, but we anticipate that the support will be released within the next 3 weeks.
