Hello everyone, we took down the exchange again as we are seeing a large number of txns stuck in the NEO mempool. We cannot risk not having your trade txns unconfirmed for a long time in the mempool while other dependent trades continue, so we will have to suspend trading until we understand more about what is going on. We will monitor the situation and give an update in 8 hours’ time. We apologize for the downtime.

'Metamask was accidentally removed during our normal review process that is performed on extensions in CWS. For this item in particular some of the contents of the extension were misinterpreted as being overly suspicious and subsequently removed. However, once we were notified of this we quickly corrected the issue.'

Quadrant Protocol Token Sale Completed
We can't believe it's already July 26! Just a few hours ago, our token sale successfully concluded. So what's next? We have some exciting things that we are working on and can't wait to share with you.
First things first -- we are deeply humbled by the support that you, the community, have shown us during this entire process. We could not have gotten where we are without you. Now, as the next phase of our journey begins, we look forward to continuing to work with the community in making Quadrant Protocol a success, and in building the new Data Economy.
Secondly, we acknowledge that that the public token sale did not achieve 100% of the goals we had set. Nevertheless, the outcome leaves us in a strong position, with enough capital to support a full 5 years of operations. The bear market may have prevented us from reaching our hard cap, but we are extremely bullish for our future. I am able to say this because we have accomplished some major milestones over the last 6 months. These include:
Partnership with Singapore Government's Info-Comm Media Development Authority(IMDA) for launching commercial AI and Data Services
Raised soft cap in 3 days
Released Testnet
Built a strong team of advisors
Signed partnership with Bluzelle and successfully completed PoC integration
Built global network of supporters in our Map of the World
Released Data Producer and Data Consumer Clients
I'd like to think of these as indicative of what we are capable of. And this is just the beginning. Now's the time to start building upon our success to date and making Quadrant as strong as it can be. To this end, we have several plans in the pipeline. These include:

Global awareness roadshow
Hiring top talent
New partnership announcements
Data Smart Contract system release
Last, but not least, we want to give credit where it is due. Building a company from an idea and bringing it to where it is today meant we needed help, and a lot of it.
