As of July 10, 2018, Binance has completed the token swap from ERC-20 ICX to mainnet ICX! They have opened withdrawals/deposits of ICX on their exchange as well. The mainnet ICX address begins with hx instead of 0x! I'm sure there will be a tweet from the official binance twitter confirming this soon.
