Listing a token despite the wishes of a team is possible on any exchange, but it's generaly considered very bad business practice, and imo this was a desperate move on their part..

Switcheo if they made an announcement on listing CPX - they do not have permission, nor do they have our team's, management, nor community support. If they go through with this - they are breaking a vow that they made previously, which won't end well for them. Wait for an announcement later today for exact Lbank listing date next week. Thanks

In the past, the Indian government and the Reserve Bank of India have issued several warnings against dealing in cryptocurrencies including Bitcoins, the former even comparing it with a Ponzi scheme.
