ICYMI: State Senator Joe Morrissey, who was convicted for molesting an underaged Black girl, and having her dress up like a plantation maiden, was given a pardon for his crimes by outgoing VA. Gov. Ralph Northam.

In one of his final acts as governor, Ralph Northam (D) has pardoned a state legislator who served jail time for his actions in an underage sex crime. 

In December 2014, Sen. Joe Morrissey was convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after engaging in an intimate relationship with his 17-year-old secretary.

So the DOJ's argument for giving the Jan6er's a felony is based on this law 1752 and can be seen on almost everyone of the charges for each defendant.

The government is saying because Pence was in the building it is considered a "restrictive area".

The problem is Pence was evacuated around 2pm and the government is saying he was in a underground parking garage but will not provide any proof or photos of Pence actually in the garage.

Yet another reason why they won't release video or photo's of that day.

So the argument by the government is well he was technically in the building even if it's an underground parking garage, but we will provide no proof of that and oh he was coming back to the capitol anyways at 8pm to finish the electoral votes so yeah, it was still restricted.
