Trying to stoke major civil unrest, we see their tactics in play. 1) mass dissemination of online propaganda; time and place to protest. 2) more of what look to be out of place Acme Brick pallets; always possibly circumstantial. 3) fireworks starting at same time as distributed propaganda; illusory crowd manipulation tactic.
