Strong and shallow M6.0 and M6.4 earthquakes hit southern Iran
Two shallow earthquakes registered by the USGS as M6.0 and M6.4 hit southern Iran's Hormozgan Province at 12:07 and 12:08 UTC (15:37 and 15:38 LT) on November 14, 2021. The agency is reporting depths of 5.6 km (3.5 miles) and 10 km (6.2 miles), respectively. EMSC is reporting them as M6.0 and M6.3 at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles). The Iran Seismological Center is reporting the first quake as M6.4 and the second as M6.3, both at a depth of 15 km (9.3 miles).
The epicenters of both earthquakes were located about 63 km (39 miles) NNW of Bandar Abbas (population 352 173) and 88 km (55 miles) NNW of Qeshm (population 25 000), Hormozgan, Iran.

Scorpion invasion in Egypt after extreme hail and thunderstorms – Over 500 people treated
More than 500 people got bitten by scorpions in Egypt’s southern province of Aswan. Officials report that strong hail storms and heavy rain forced scorpions out of their burrows and into the streets and people’s houses.
“503 residents in Aswan got antidotes for scorpion bites … there were no deaths from the bites,” Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said in a Saturday statement.

Why a Replica of the 3,600-Year-Old Nebra Sky Disk Was Sent into Space
When the flight crew for the latest SpaceX mission took off from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center on Thursday, November 11, German-born astronaut Matthias Maurer was carrying a replica of one of Germany’s most well-known archaeological artifacts with him. You could say this historic flight was really the “Nebra Sky disk spaceflight.” A replica of the ancient Nebra Sky disk, the oldest portable map of the night sky ever to be found, was taken on the flight by Mr. Maurer. The real artifact will figure in a major Stonehenge at the British Museum in February 2022.
Maurer, as a representative of the European Space Agency (ESA), joined by three NASA astronauts on the Nebra Sky disk spaceflight, headed for International Space Station. Vizio makes more money spying on people who buy TVs than it does on TVs themselves
Vizio is a surveillance company that incidentally manufactures TVs. A Vizio TV nonconsensually spies on you and shows you ads, and it does so despite the fact that you're paying for it.
