A coalition of Navy SEALs and other highly trained fighters are suing the Biden administration over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The group: composed of 26 Navy SEALs, five Navy special warfare combatant craft crewmen, one Navy explosive ordnance disposal technician and three Navy divers.

“The fact that the government has not granted a single religious exemption from the vaccine mandate shows that the Biden Administration does not care about religious freedom,” Mike Berry, general counsel for First Liberty Institute.

“After all these elite warriors have done to defend our freedoms, the Navy is now threatening their careers, families, and finances. It’s appalling and it has to stop before any more harm is done to our national security,” he said.

Two Charges Filed for Failing to Honor House Subpoena From Select Committee Investigating Jan. 6 Capitol Breach

Stephen K. Bannon was indicted today by a federal grand jury on two counts of contempt of Congress stemming from his failure to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol.
Bannon, 67, is charged with one contempt count involving his refusal to appear for a deposition and another involving his refusal to produce documents, despite a subpoena from the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol.

“Since my first day in office, I have promised Justice Department employees that together we would show the American people by word and deed that the department adheres to the rule of law, follows the facts and the law and pursues equal justice under the law,” said Attorney General Merrick B. The inventor of messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines has sounded the alarm over potential collusion between CNN and Pfizer. Dr. Robert Malone deconstructed a CNN segment featuring the network’s chief correspondent and Sesame Street’s Big Bird.

Explosion Sends Potentially Radioactive Dust Into Air Above LA

People living near the Santa Susana Field Lab worry a recent explosion could've caused a similar migration of radioactive dust to neighborhoods.

The U.S. Department of Energy demolished a building using explosives last month at the highly contaminated Santa Susana Field Lab (SSFL), a former nuclear and rocket test site in the hills above LA. The building was part of a complex at SSFL used to develop nuclear reactors.

The explosion sent clouds of dust into the sky near residential neighborhoods of what some experts say were radioactive materials. [Article]
