ICAN did not accept the CDC’s justification for withholding these documents and it filed an internal appeal within the agency. The CDC never substantively responded to that appeal. ICAN was therefore forced to file a lawsuit on February 19, 2020. ICAN’s attorneys, led by Aaron Siri, argued that the redacted and withheld emails plainly do not qualify for protection under Exemption 5 and that, if indeed the Safety Office is formulating and creating official government policy hand in glove with the very for-profit pharmaceutical companies it is supposed to be a watchdog over, this conduct heightens ICAN’s concern undoubtedly making these documents of great importance to the public. ICAN also demanded a detailed listing of every withheld document and information concerning same. Only when the CDC had to file its formal motion defending its position for withholding these documents did it finally capitulate.
One of the documents originally withheld was a draft version of a “Manual for Active Vaccine Safety Surveillance.” This draft was created and reviewed by DeStefano as well as individuals at GSK, Sanofi, Merck, and other organizations. The draft contains some very concerning admissions, including:
· “The introduction of additional safety surveillance (including active safety surveillance) could potentially lead to negative impact on the public’s confidence in the vaccines and the willingness to participate in vaccination programs.”
· Discussing Adverse Events Following Immunization (“AEFI”), the report states: “Although extensive efforts were initiated to actively find cases of AEFI in multiple settings, underreporting remained a major limitation (e.g., more than 38,000 deaths within one month of vaccination would be expected in the eight countries; however, only 33 deaths were reported.”
The entire production is available here.
Perhaps more interesting, however, is the fact that the CDC did not produce any documents showing its oversight, policing, or role in ensuring safety of GSK’s, Sanofi’s, or Merck’s vaccines. ICAN will continue to invest its time and resources to ask questions, receive documents, and create the transparency that our public health agencies seem to refuse to provide on their own.

Since it was first presented by the Senate Select Intelligence Committee in June, this year’s Intelligence Authorization Act has been of unusual interest thanks to an included provision titled “Advanced Aerial Threats.” In this inclusion, the committee offered intriguing support for the “efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence” and requested the production of an unclassified report detailing the analysis of UFOs, or as The Pentagon now terms them, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) or “Anomalous Aerial Vehicles.”
With the recent passing of the Omnibus, seemingly the clock is ticking and The Pentagon’s UAP Task Force now has 180 days to provide the Senate Intelligence Committee with their unclassified report detailing The Pentagon’s current investigations into UFOs. However, easily overlooked, the provision is not law and there is still no guarantee that a comprehensive, “all-source” UAP report will end up seeing the light of day. (MORE)

Cracking Dominion’s Source Code – A National Security Threat Since 2003
With the Georgia runoff election in full swing, this article will show why the ballot results should be ash-canned even before the final tallies are in — both Georgia and Pennsylvania adhere to the federal standard for elections and because Dominion uses modems, the election provider itself is not certifiable.
Pennsylvania state certification requires that voting systems be evaluated by a federally recognized independent testing authority, or voting system test laboratory (VSTL), and certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) according to federal voting system standards.
“Once you add that modem, you are de-certifying it,” Kevin Skoglund, senior technical advisor at the National Election Defense Coalition said. “It is no longer federally certified”. (MORE)

C_A vs. Wikileaks: Intimidation surveillance and other tactics observed and experienced (TALK)
A collection of observations, physical, visual and other evidence of the last years incidents that strongly indicate a context of the US C_A and/or potentially other entities of the US Government actions against Wikileaks and surrounding persons and organisations.
While the area of technical surveillance, SIGINT/COMINT have been more or less well understood in the hacker scene, the tactics and methods experienced and discussed in this talk are of a different type: For the moment, I would call it "initimidation surveillance" as it lacks the aspect of "covert" type of actions.
The idea is to not only show the scope of activities but also to contribute to a better understanding of these tactics, that might be applied also in completely different political environments where governments act in extralegal ways against activities they dislike, although they that are not a crime or easily criminalized. (LISTEN)

California Supreme Court Rules Thousands Of Sex Offenders Are Eligible For Early Release
On Monday, the California Supreme Court ruled that thousands of inmates convicted of non-forcible sex crimes may be eligible for early release under a ballot measure that was overwhelmingly approved by voters four years ago.
The initiative, called Proposition 57, was written by then-Governor Jerry Brown (D) and passed by nearly two-thirds of the electorate. It was crafted to reduce the state’s prison population, saying any person found guilty of a “nonviolent felony offense” would be eligible for early parole.

ON HOW TO USE OUR REGIONAL BROADCAST/CHAT SYSTEM:
It’s a team effort so the answer is all of them have some originating or publishing starting points.
If in TX, follow WC (for its size and number of researchers) and Woke (same, size and contributors). Passively, Midwest. But there’s always the chance for observing good analysis in any of the chats. The other regional Channels and chats are for use by locals in case we need to use the system regionally in an emergency. Subscribe to the other regions when we (((activate))) a room for special purposes too. Then unsub if the volume gets too high. (STAY IN THIS ROOM though. @Elievo crushes it at a Tier 1 level in here)
...that said...this is a system for crowdsourced Open Source Intelligence.
Sorry bout your thumbs. Come try running this machine from behind the curtain some day. Hard to keep up! Lots to see multiple times. I get it. Means it’s working.
Keep it up team!
