The following will apply under any health emergency declared by the Governor. By this order, any local health official can forcibly remove and detain a citizen or group of citizens that are infected, or even suspected of being infected or a "carrier" who they deem potentially dangerous to the public health.

THE GOVERNOR OR HIS OR HER DELEGEE, INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONER OR THE HEADS OF LOCAL HEALTH DEPT.

All that's required is a single order be issued identifying the person or group by names or "reasonable description."
They are not required to give you a copy of the order if its too inconvenient ... they just have to post it within the holding area.

That holding area will be a "medical facility OR OTHER "appropriate facility or premises" designated by the governor OR his/her appointed delegee.

This detention can last between 3 to 60 days, BUT a court order can extend it.

You will NOT be given "an opportunity to be heard" UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT.

This gives TOTAL DICTORIAL POWER to NOT ONLY the Governor BUT ALSO to his appointed "delegee" and local health officials...

If they remove you, the state will take your children. That isn't mentioned here but it is a GIVEN.

"This shall take effect on the 13th day after it shall have become a law"

USAF Plans To Expand Nuclear Bomber Bases

The US Air Force is working to expand the number of strategic bomber bases that can store nuclear weapons from two today to five by the 2030s.

The plan will also significantly expand the number of bomber bases that store nuclear cruise missiles from one base today to all five bombers bases by the 2030s.

The expansion is the result of a decision to replace the non-nuclear B-1B bombers at Ellsworth AFB and Dyess AFB with the nuclear B-21 over the next decade-and-a-half and to reinstate nuclear weapons storage capability at Barksdale AFB as well.

The expansion is not expected to increase the total number of nuclear weapons assigned to the bomber force, but to broaden the infrastructure to “accommodate mission growth,” Air Force Global Strike Command Commander General Timothy Ray told Congress last year.

Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has blocked an attempt to approve a House-passed bill for $2,000 in direct cash relief for Americans, an effort that was largely backed by Democrats and received the support of Pres. Trump.
