I’d be embarrassed to try and stake a legal case for the E.O. on this so far. It’s disjointed / fragmented logic. Needs a writer to help paint the narrative. Not a lawyer.
I think they’re going to try and say Iran was a proxy. And Russia is trying to prevent the void created by China’s destruction from wiping them out economically too. So they all conspired to get Biden in.

December 8, 2020
Stacy Schwartz, vice president of AT&T’s FirstNet program, said that the FBI has been utilizing FirstNet—the nationwide public-safety broadband network (NPSBN) being built by AT&T—previously, but the new contract expands the relationship to all FBI personnel.
All personnel within the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) will be transitioned to FirstNet, built by AT&T, service in 2021.
Valued at about $92 million, the FBI contract is “the largest commitment to FirstNet by a law-enforcement or public-safety agency,” according to an AT&T press release.

AT&T, Ericsson, Nokia picked for DoD 5G testbeds
Oct 9, 2020
The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded $600 million in contracts for five 5G testbeds, with AT&T, Ericsson and Nokia among more than a dozen vendors.
The testbeds are located on a handful of military bases each with a different focus of interest for 5G.
Those include AR/VR training for mission planning and operations; 5G-enabled smart warehouse looking to increase efficiency and strength of transshipment; smart warehousing; distributed command and control using 5G to assist in air, space, and cyberspace lethality; and a project in Utah to enable Air Force radar systems to dynamically share spectrum with commercial 5G users.

AT&T to deliver over 3K FirstNet lines to the U.S. Army
Oct 12, 2020
AT&T has been tapped by the U.S. Army to deliver FirstNet services for public safety personnel at 72 Army locations following a pilot program and testing earlier this year.
AT&T said it will deliver almost 3,200 lines of FirstNet services, including for firefighters, law enforcement and security personnel at Army installations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
FirstNet is a dedicated public safety network that AT&T has been building out, alongside its 4G LTE and 5G network upgrades.
“FirstNet is helping us improve vital communications on our installations, depots and arsenals, including during catastrophic disasters or emergencies when communications capabilities are strained." said Colonel Kevin Comfort

Per Scanner its sounding like getting ATT back up is absolute priority as many 911 centers and much of the SE US FirstNet system is down.
FirstNet is a nationwide wireless broadband network for first responders being built and deployed through a first of its kind public-private partnership between the federal government and AT&T. FirstNet offers public safety a communications network built and customized to meet their needs. The First Responder Network Authority is the federal entity charged with overseeing the creation and delivery of the FirstNet network. Housed within the Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the agency’s role is to ensure AT&T delivers on the terms of its contract and creates a network that meets the needs of public safety now and into the future.

Public networks can be effectively smacked down with ddos type attacks; overloaded. When those systems are down... what is left for LEO and first responders (post 9/11) - is FirstNet. This Christmas bomb in front of the AT&T building... has just proven the Achilles heel in FirstNet

Current State of Affairs, December 2020
This is the top risk we face as a midrange threat this year. It was the top risk in January, and it’s the top risk now. Flash mob looting and attacks on businesses are slowly bleeding the resilience of insurance companies as well as the businesses themselves. Longer range decisions on closing permanently in risky locations will echo the problems after 1992 Los Angeles Riots. See https://t.me/exposingthelies/2035 as a summer example in Chicago, and ask yourself, how long will those officers take to burn out and move to more supported regions of America who ‘Back the Blue’??
Civil War 2.0 is very real as a problem, as seen in the two images memed above, the patience of the ‘right’ on this matter is not to be taken lightly:

Ultimately the concerns from 2019 going forward to this year are not surprising to some. Those who looked at Fourth Turning or Generational Dynamics (its MIT authored successor) aren’t surprised at the issues occurring around us.
The rest of us have some catching up to do.
— WHY: This should be more than obvious to anyone right now.
1. Family. Small children, older adults.
2. Those who are not mobile, or as mobile as others.
3. Those who are indecisive and need some assistance in prioritizing.
— WHERE: You are at risk if you live anywhere that rental vans costs 2x MORE to rent to move elsewhere than to come into... (Bay Area, Seattle, Portland, NYC, etc)
1. Do you have an exit strategy to move out of urban areas temporarily, permanently, or semi-permanently?
2. What would you require?
3. Make THE list. How much money would you lose if your home value started dropping?
— WHAT
1. What would you have bought a year ago that you CANNOT obtain now regardless of cost? (guns, ammo)
2. What can you buy now that others are saying you need, which support what you are attempting to obtain? (Ammo, magazines for certain guns)
3. What do you use the most of which you have in short supply? (Food, meds)
4. What is your one week, one month, and one year plan to obtain these?
5. What is your hurdle to communicating these issues to your household / decision makers?
— PLANNING
Feel free to open source the hardest issues of your planning process here. We can try to help with advice or even just encouragement for staying on track. Get your loved ones on board with Telegram, and with this group. Don’t tell us who they are when they join (OPSEC) but let them explore and ask questions independently of your own program...
