#Discussion #Nashville #4GW

So to sum up what we know
— warning messages for twenty minutes prior limited individual lives at risk
— epicenter of blast was next door to a well developed hub whic is Cold War age
— fiber infrastructure attack would be better staged at other than downtown locations
— redundancies in data storage make this good only if it was a single location
— if fire suppression was water, this would be more effective because the water would ruin the servers

Anything else I’m missing?? On what we KNOW not what we think

No particular reason this came to mind.
Epicenter of the blast was in front of this building which is noted as an AT&T building see map https://maps.app.goo.gl/2KFSCqTXhY1S8R9m6

AT&T also provides analog lines for fire and burglar alarm monitoring companies.

Theory on warning and fire fight

Two schools of thought on the motivations...

A — nation state

In my estimation... the bombing; it was to find out how, when, and where fedgov responds to rebuild a network of first responder comms after firstnet gets taken out. if those who pulled this off had good enough intel to knock out southeastern US firstnet with zero casualties... they were using the event to spy on what a typical response would be... and what could be done next to counter that response. the response - obviously - was to roll out mobile "COLT" units. now they know how when and where those units are typically deployed tactically in response, likely also where they were deployed from. this bombing was a state actor seeking to prod US first responder communication security; not "a terrorist act", not "lone wolf targeting ATT"; there is no political motivation, there is information gathering motivation.

Who potentially would be interested in how to take out fedgov plan C for comms in a internet shutdown and firstnet shutdown scenario? The only two entities that could leverage such info are CCP China or Kremlin Russia. Given China's ongoing "unrestricted warfare" campaign; to me it seems they are the obvious culprit. Now they know, step one take down / ddos the internet... step 2 take out all individual COLT units, step 3... bomb ATT firstnet hubs. The US was just tricked into giving up their backup plan playbook.

Option B — not option A...

Firstnet is down cause at&t had a major exchange get hit... infrastructure is very poor...

Poorly designed network topology... some fairly large cities have their entire internet exchange in one building
