Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder.

Under section D, a Presidential Executive Order will authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to use the Armed Forces of the United States to restore order.

So... you have two points of legal precedence here in Article 2 and 3 of 14th Amendment. Civil War issues notwithstanding. The case for removing representation from those who were insurrection leaders. The case for removing those who backed their play and were found guilty of participating... they can never hold office.

So... there is a remedy. If you get 2/3 of congress to override it. Good luck with that once you’re out, you can’t vote. So every Democrat is now on notice, as per my source, as of a week ago.

Next hurdle will be in reforming the election system but the critters will be weeded out of Congress and never to return, along with traitors in the armed services who are commissioned, plus an extension could be made to the Federal rank and file as well.

SidneyPowell’s “Kraken” has reached the SCOTUS docket.

Sidney Powell's "Kraken" has finally made it to the docket of the Supreme Court. The suit is perhaps the strongest collective argument yet against voter fraud.

It contains the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 FRAUDULANT VOTES casted in the election.

Further, it contains official Georgia elections records that prove the Dominion Voting Systems program's "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results." In other words, official Georgia election canvassers could not rely on Dominion Voting Systems' software to count the vote because it didn't repeat the same vote totals twice.
