ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A Virgin Galactic test flight Saturday ended prematurely as the spacecraft's rocket motor failed to ignite and it then glided down safely to its landing site in southern New Mexico. The spacecraft’s engine is supposed to ignite moments after the craft is released from a special carrier jet, sending it in a near-vertical climb toward the edge of space. “The ignition sequence for the rocket motor did not complete. Vehicle and crew are in great shape," Virgin Galactic said in a brief statement on Twitter. “We have several motors ready at Spaceport America. We will check the vehicle and be back to flight soon."

Ramstein Base Allegedly ‘On Their Toes’ After Alert of 'Incoming Missile Launch’

President Trump Quietly Issued Another Executive Order – This One Concerning the Military
This EO lists the order of succession of the military should the Secretary of Defense die, resign or be unable to perform his duties.  The one notable in this EO is that  the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staffs, General Mark Milley, is not on the list.

Another EO mandates that the DNI (John Ratcliffe) – produce a report on foreign intervention in the 2020 election within 45 days of the election.  This equates to December 18, but it really needs to be received by the 17th before the 2018 EO on election Interference expires.
