Pentagon contractors produce bio agents under diplomatic cover (2018)

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has outsourced much of the work under the military program to private companies, which are not held accountable to  Congress, and which can operate more freely and move around the rule of law.  US civilian personnel performing work at The Lugar Center have also been given diplomatic immunity, although they are not diplomats. Hence, private companies can perform work, under diplomatic cover, for the US government without being under the direct control of the host state – in this case  the Republic of Georgia. This practice is often used by the CIA to provide cover for its agents. Three private American companies work at the US bio-laboratory in Tbilisi – CH2M Hill, Battelle and Metabiota. In addition to the Pentagon, these private contractors perform research for the CIA and various other government agencies.

Related: (Jan 2022) The Pentagon has conducted biological experiments with a potentially lethal outcome on 4,400 soldiers in Ukraine and 1,000 soldiers in Georgia. According to leaked documents, all volunteer deaths should be reported within 24 h (in Ukraine) and 48 h (in Georgia).

Both countries are considered the most loyal US partners in the region with a number of Pentagon programs being implemented in their territory. One of them is the $2.5 Billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Biological engagement program which includes research on bio agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria being studied on the local population.

I know where the advice to Biden and other world leaders is coming from, as they are telling them to seize all the assets of Putin’s “friends” to put pressure on him — their yachts, bank accounts, houses… everything. It is Bill Browder who was Safra’s partner in Hermitage Capital Mgmt. This is because Putin seized all of the assets of Hermitage Capital Mgmt over the blackmailing of Yeltsin. Browder is telling world leaders now to confiscate all Russian assets belonging to who he claims are Oligarchs.

This is a complete abandonment of international law and the absence of any Due Process of Law, which has been the cornerstone of law globally.

This can destroy the world economy as we know it. Foreign investment in Russia will be seized, and the prospect of this migrating to China is extremely high. If anything, this amounts to an act of outright war. [ Read the full opinion piece ]

▪︎Browder lobbied for Congress to pass the Magnitsky Act, a law to punish Russian human rights violators, which was signed into law in 2012 by Obama.
▪︎In 2013, both Magnitsky and Browder were tried in absentia in Russia for tax fraud. Both men were convicted and sentenced to imprisonment. Interpol rejected requests to arrest Browder.
▪︎In July 2017, Browder testified for the Clinton campaign to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Russia's alleged interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
▪︎On July 16, 2018, during a joint press conference, Putin stated that Browder had funneled $400 million to Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, an effort he claimed involved U.S. intelligence who, Putin said, "accompanied and guided these transactions." Putin said he would allow Robert Mueller's team to come to Russia to investigate—as long as there was a reciprocal arrangement.

‘A federal judge in Texas has ruled that the FDA must by the end of this month make public 12,000 pages of the data it used to make decisions about approvals for Pfizer/BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine — and then release 55,000 pages every 30 days after that until all 450,000 requested pages are public.

The request for FDA’s Pfizer/BioNTech data flows from an August 2021 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from the nonprofit group Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), filed just after the FDA granted full approval to the vaccine for people 16 and older.’
