A court filing by Special Counsel John Durham on Friday provides further proof that not only was Trump illegally spied on by the Clintons during the presidential campaign, they continued even AFTER 2016 election when he took office.

In the filing, Durham explains that tech executive Rodney Joffe and his team at Georgia Tech “exploited” data from internet traffic related to Trump Tower and the Executive Office of POTUS. To put this in context, Joffe is the tech executive who was offered a top job in a Hillary Clinton administration. He funneled the info from his spying op on Trump to Sussmann, Clinton's campaign lawyer.

Sussmann was indicted by Durham in Sept 2021 for lying to the FBI by providing phony information alleging secret backchannel communications between the Trump campaign and a Russian bank.

Top officials at a U.S. federal cybersecurity agency are urging a judge not to authorize at this time the release of a report that analyzes Dominion Voting Systems equipment in Georgia, arguing doing so could assist hackers trying to “undermine election security.”

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) was recently provided an unredacted copy of the report, which was prepared by J. Alex Halderman, director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society.

The report discusses “potential vulnerabilities in Dominion ImageCast X ballot marking devices,” or electronic voting devices, according to the government.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg, an Obama nominee overseeing the case, was urged by CISA to reject attempts to release a redacted version of Halderman’s report for now. [ Article ]
