There are two rates of jobsplus subsidy.

An employer can either be given €7,500 or €10,000 if they employ someone for two years who has been on the dole.

The different rates are dependent on the employee's age and how long they've been on the dole for.

The lower rate is also available to employers who employ someone refugee status, no other criteria attached.

So the subsidy was already discriminatory but now they're taking it a step further.

Employers will get the higher rate if the employee has a diversity factor.

The Ireland 2030 Agenda is well documented and states their goal is to increase population by 1 million people. Half that number will be non-White migrants from Africa, Middle East and Asia. So it's no surprise that Ireland's population in 2022 is the highest (5,023,109) since before the "Famine" (Irish Genocide 1845). There is approximately a 1% increase each year since 2018. That is approximately 50,000 each year.
50k * 10yrs = half a million.
You can see their plan clearly.
So Ireland will continue to receive up to 50k migrants a year indefinitely until we become a minority in our homeland.

Voting will not change this because EU✡ has Ireland by the balls.
