Half a Million Small Businesses in Britain Could Go Bust

If a fresh wave of government assistance is not released immediately, some 500K small businesses in the UK will go bankrupt within weeks, the chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses warned.

“They are facing something like twice the rate of inflation for their production prices, and it’s a ticking time bomb. They have got literally weeks left before they run out of cash,” Martin McTague said.

McTague also cited latest figures revealed by the Office for National Statistics, which showed that 40%, or two million, UK small businesses had less than three months’ worth of cash left to run operations.

Massive Leak Alleges Deep-State Brexit Conspiracy

A cache of documents and emails alleging a deep-state plot by hardcore Leavers to deliver the “hardest” Brexit possible is now available on the website “Very English Coop d’Etat.”

The high-profile conspiracy is allegedly run by shadowy figures within the British elite and was exposed in the massive leak released by a group of hackers recently.

The group sought to “block any deal arising from the disastrous and craven Chequers White Paper,” then-PM Theresa May’s Brexit plan, and “ensure that we leave on clean WTO terms.”

Europe is in Panic - Turkey’s Erdogan

The EU and other European countries are in a state of “panic” over the influx of refugees from Ukraine, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan claimed Sunday.

Erdogan said that while Turkey “has been successfully managing the irregular migration originating from Syria for 11 years, we are seeing panic in Europe as a result of the Ukraine-Russia crisis.”

The Turkish head of state went on to express hope that the “world will get out of the critical period it is going through as soon as possible.”
