In the highest court in New Zealand today, the Government lost the right to mandatory vaccinations on the basis that the Nurenberg Code established rules that do not allow medical treatments or trials, especially experimentation unless the participants in the medical trial receive full exclosure of medical risks and give full consent.
Australia will launch a similar case in the highest court using the same basis and the NZ court ruling as a relevant precedent.
