My dear friend and part of my soul family @XanderLudena made an absolute amazing video about Shadow Work.

He tells you how some patorns keeps you living in a cicle and keep making the same mistakes. For example a diet that only works for 6 months or you keep getting the same relationships. How we project those feelings into other things instead of doing shadow work.

He also gives you some tips and adressen that one of those tips like plant medicine you can NOT do without a shaman. Who is specialiced in plant medicine.

Shadow work is extremely important if you want to grow and ivikve spiritually. It's not easy so don't expect Quick results. It takes time and can bring up things that are painful and / or you don't like from your past. You need to be willing to open old wounds.

I did my shadow work and I feel better, enlightened even. It makes alot of things very clear to me, and why I lived in circles repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

Energetic parasites drain your energy out.

They implant themselves in you through triggers, like an addiction, attachment, or fear.

And when you stop responding to the trigger, they have no way to access your energy field.

When a parasite sees you have no reaction to the trigger, they get more intense, they try to hurt you. using all of your vulnerabilities, but if you shift your perception and realize they are hurting the most and feel compassion for them instead, they will have lost their power over you.

They will try everything under the sleeve, play victim, play tough, play cold, or whatever they think hurts you the most. But once you stop feeling anger, pain, or fear, and start feeling compassion, love, and self confidence, the game is over.

This is not about not feeling emotions, this is about knowing when to do so. Not triggered, and not to disarm you, only to empower you.

Practice it, it's extremely liberating.
