It would appear that highly trained specialists British security forces (soldiers or the like) have been brought in to Irish towns to go against the Irish people, using force if necessary.

A chap was arrested at the site in Clonmel last night.
He was doing nothing only talking.
How can he be arrested for asking the guard a question ๐ค
The entire context of the arrest was recorded and imo it was unlawful and the guard let his anger get the better of him for being shamed for what he is doing, and not even in a bad way. The lad was being honest with him.

"Members of An Garda Siochana may only make a demand for information if they have reasonable grounds for suspecting that someone has committed an offence.
They cannot arrest a man for failing and/or refusing to give his name and private details, nor direct him to leave the vicinity, simply because he is exercising his right to peaceful assembly and expression.
The Gardai are repeatedly abusing the authority afforded to them in the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994 and should be formally reported to GSOC.
