In 1932, 14% (£4,764,767) of the total Irish tax income of £35.5 million was to be paid for both.

As we know. the newly Fianna Fáil government elected in 1932 declared economic war upon getting into the Dáil to remove Land Annuities and resulted in the Anglo-Irish trade war (see here)
