So too is paying any type of fine administered, toll bridge charge, TV licence fee or any other type of tax used to hinder and subdue the progress of a people. The same can be said for the banking cartel and the mortgage scam the majority have bought into whereby at the drop of a hat they can raise our mortgage fees exponentially done purposely to create mass eviction.
