The fact some want to stay in Ireland but see Irish culture as inferior to their own shows they just see “Irish” as a mere label possibly where they can get a better life materially, it’s just an “island they happen to be born and made memories in” - other than that Ireland means nothing to them, it’s just a place they feel better off economically speaking for now compared to their home countries
But this here is the problem and the root cause for future subversion
