Uk joins fight against the WHO treaty: People Call For A Public Referendum
People in the UK are calling on the Government to hold a Referendum on the WHO Pandemic Treaty.

All over the world people are awake to the ramifications of a potential power grab by unelected WHO bureaucrats.

Christine Anderson MEP states that a WHO Pandemic Treaty will give the WHO de facto governmental authority over Member States and that this means that the "basic principle of any democracy has finally been laid to rest"

The composition of the WHO is not based on democratic elections and they are not accountable to citizens. The Director-General and Deputy Director-General hold diplomatic immunity.

A citizen would no longer have any political influence on who they entrust with the administration of fundamental rights.

In Ireland our TD's would be merely administrators with no political powers or responsibilities.

The decisions on how we run our country to prepare for and during a pandemic including testing, surveillance, diagnostics, restrictions, lockdowns and mandates would be made by the unelected bureaucrats of the WHO.

Minister Donnelly recently stated in written response to PQ raised by Mattie McGrath TD that the State have the authority to sign international treaties in the absence of a People’s Referendum if the Attorney General's Office decides that there is no conflict with our Irish Constitution.

Under Article 29 of our Irish Constitution the WHO Pandemic Treaty, if signed by the Minister for Health and Official Delegates to the WHA, would then be ratified by the Oireachtas and domestic legislation implemented to enforce the provisions.

The thinking people of Ireland do not trust that the State will respect our constitutional rights. Over the past two years we have witnessed the State create, and the vast majority of TD's vote in favour for, legislation that trunched our constitutional, civil and human rights.

The Republic of Ireland suffered some of the harshest lockdown measures in Europe with pubs closed for a long time. Unfortunately there was great compliance with the government. The brainwashing that happened in The UK was not as intense as it was in the south of Ireland.
