ADDICTION TO SUGAR
Many may not think this is a programming but it is a very deep one! Although we are all powerful beings who can transmute anything we eat or drink, sugar was created as a very specific drug to keep us addicted, brain damaged, and distracted. Sugar is the only food or substance we highly recommend limiting or cutting out altogether. Sugar highly effects our brains and creates an addiction cycle as well as a numbing and escaping.
Our brains use sugar as a way to fill a void or need that is actually emotional. You may notice you crave sugar at particular times of the day or during stressful or emotional moments in your life. If sugar is a daily craving for you, feel into what the sugar means to you. Are you addicted to the sweet taste? Are you addicted to the energy? Are you trying to create an external joy because its lacking internally? There are many reasons we crave sugar, mainly because it triggers the same satisfactions in the brain that drugs and sex do.
To dissolve this addiction, one must first go cold turkey with it. Once cannot balance out an addiction by simply reducing the usage, our system needs to first detox from the addiction, dissolving the emotional attachments to it, and then we can re-integrate it into our lives again with balance.
If this is one of your core programmings, commit yourself to at least 7 days with no sugar. This will give your body time to purge the toxins out of the system and allow it to stabilize. Feel into the emotional aspect of the addiction and then work to give yourself what you’re actually craving which may be joy, energy, happiness, or the sweetness of life. Once you have dissolved the emotional attachment, and you are coming into balance, each time you are craving sugar feel into whether or not your body is asking for it energetically, or you are giving yourself some joy. As long as it is ingested with integrity, sugar can be digested occasionally.

However, you will not find this segment on the rebroadcast of the interview at Fox News, they took it out. You will also not find this segment on the Fox News upload of the interview to their YouTube account again, they took it out.
In fact, if someone had not uploaded a livestream copy, there would be no other evidence the question was even asked, let alone the very flippant answer from Zelenskyy,
“they are what they are“; where “they” is the Nazi Azov battalion that have been merged with the Ukraine regular military.

“DEPLORABLE”: Pope apologizes to Canada’s indigenous group for residential school abuses
Seven years after Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission urged a direct apology from the Vatican for the Catholic church’s role in “cultural genocide” of some 4,000 indigenous residential school children, the Pope has issued one.
First Nations representatives also demanded reparations, land returns and more assistance in searching for unmarked graves during meetings this week.
The Pope also plans to visit Canada in June after his admission for the Church’s shame and guilt.

German Chemicals Giant to Shut Down if Russian Gas not Delivered
The Ludwigshafen plant – the largest chemical site in the world - which employs almost 40,000 people, would have to shut down if gas supplies were to be cut in half, Michael Vassiliadis, chemical trade union chairman, told German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemein.
The report points out that the chemicals industry cannot run without oil and gas, and without the sector the economy stops, as people are heavily reliant on it in their everyday lives.
Moscow and the EU are currently at loggerheads regarding payment for future gas deliveries, as Brussels rejected Moscow’s demand of payments in rubles. The Kremlin says currencies like the dollar and the euro have been compromised by the sanctions and Russia will not deliver gas for free.
