▫️One of the US customers' priorities is the anthrax pathogen, which is highly susceptible and persistent in the environment.

▫️The slide shows documents from the UP-2 project, one of the tasks of which was to identify dead animal burial sites, taking soil samples from anthrax animal burial sites. The interest of US military biologists in studying insect vectors in animal burial sites is also not accidental. Apparently, they analysed the results of an outbreak of anthrax disease in Yamal in 2016, during which cases of vector-borne transmission through flies and gadflies were recorded.

▫️Given that the situation with anthrax in Ukraine remains positive, it raises the question of the need for the Pentagon's research and its true purpose.

▫️We know of examples where the US military departments work with anthrax has ended in biosecurity emergencies.

▫️Between 2005 and 2015, viable anthrax spores were sent from the US Army's Dugway proving ground to 194 recipients in ten countries.
The current situation with the shipment of pathogenic biomaterials from Ukraine to European countries could result in loss of life and create a hotbed of epidemiological instability on a scale comparable to the COVID-19 pandemic.

▫️We continue to share information on research involving Ukrainian military personnel. We would like to point out that such work is prohibited within the US and is carried out by the military department outside the US.

▫️Earlier mention was made of the UP-8 research, which involved more than 4,000 people. According to figures published in the Bulgarian media, some 20 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in experiments in the Kharkov laboratory alone and another 200 were hospitalised.

▫️The documents received confirm the attempt to test previously untested medicines on them. This is the Deep Drug screening system for unlicensed pharmaceuticals in the United States and Canada.

▫️What makes the US sponsors particularly cynical is that the developer, Scymount, offered to purchase the system in question on a commercial basis, despite the fact that Ukrainian Ministry of Defence officials were engaged as volunteers.

▫️Such unacceptable approaches, with the tacit approval of the US administration, are the norm for big pharma companies. For example, the US Naval Medical Centre in Jakarta was shut down by Indonesian authorities in 2010 because of numerous irregularities.

▫️The Americans conducted work at the site outside the agreed research programme, collected biological samples and refused to inform the Indonesian government of their findings. The materials they obtained were used on behalf of the Pentagon-affiliated pharmaceutical company Gilead, which conducts trials of its drugs, including in Ukraine and Georgia.

▫️We would like to draw attention that the number of biological laboratories in the USA is not comparable with other countries. According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, they control 336 laboratories in 30 states outside national jurisdiction.

▫️We believe that in the context of the incoming information, clarification should be sought from Washington regarding the true objectives of the US biolaboratories as part of the international investigation.

▫️On February 24, 2022, the Russian Armed Forces launched a special military operation in Ukraine.

▫️I want to emphasize that the special military operation is carried out strictly according to the approved plan.

▫️The absolute priority of the actions of the Russian Armed Forces during the operation is the exclusion of unnecessary civilian casualties.

▫️High-precision weapons selectively and accurately destroy Ukraine's military infrastructure, equipment and weapons, ammunition stores and material assets of the troops.

▫️From the first days of the operation, when planning any action, special attention has been given to saving civilian infrastructure and civilians in Ukraine.

▫️Before we move on to the current results of the operation, I want to show you once again the originals of the secret cipher telegrams of the 4th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine captured by Russian servicemen.

▫️This is the original of the secret order of the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel General Balan, dated January 22, 2022.

▫️The document is addressed to the heads of the northern Kiev, southern Odessa and western territorial administrations of the National Guard of Ukraine.

▫️The order details a plan for the preparation of one of the strike groups for offensive actions in the zone of the so-called "joint forces operation" in the Donbass.

▫️I especially want to draw your attention. All measures of the nationalists' combat coordination are ordered to be completed by February 28. In order to start performing combat missions as part of the Ukrainian "joint forces operation" in the Donbass in March 2022.

▫️Since February 2022, Ukrainian troops have multiplied artillery attacks on Donbass with prohibited large-caliber artillery weapons.

▫️Against the background of false statements about the desire for peace, Kiev has begun large-scale artillery preparations for the offensive of a shock group of troops drawn to the east of Ukraine with the support of aviation and missile systems.

▫️The special military operation launched by the Russian Armed Forces on February 24 thwarted a large-scale offensive by shock groups of Ukrainian troops on the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republic, which are not controlled by Kiev. This made it possible to save tens, if not hundreds of thousands, of Donbass civilians, whom the Kiev regime has been methodically shooting with large-caliber and rocket artillery for the past 8 years, driving the elderly, women and children into basements.

▫️I would like to emphasize that the Russian servicemen taking part in the operation are courageously and selflessly fulfilling their military duty.

▫️By now, more than 3.5 thousand servicemen of the Armed Forces have been awarded high state awards for their heroism in performing combat tasks during a special military operation.

▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue to carry out the special military operation until all the tasks are completed.

▫️At the end of today's briefing, I note that the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation will continue to regularly and through all available channels to bring truthful information to the public about the progress and results of the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine.

▫️We can see that despite the lowered "iron curtain" of information boycott by Western countries towards the Russian Federation, the truth about what is happening in Ukraine successfully overcomes these artificial obstacles. Because truth is power.

The whole world must see this footage so they realize that this is not a war between Russia and Ukraine, which is supported by the NATO countries, but the war between good and evil.

In this video Ukrainian soldiers shoot Russian prisoners of war in the legs and afterwards give them a severe beating. At the beginning of the video, there are Russian POWs lying on the ground with bullet wounds in their legs, some of them have got leg bones broken. It might give the impression that the Russian military were captured after having been wounded. But that's not the case. At the end of the video, we can see Ukrainian soldiers shooting all the newly arrived prisoners through their legs. Many of them are dying from shock due to the pain right on camera. And all of this is being filmed by Ukrainian soldiers themselves. They have been treating the captured Donbass defenders the same way throughout these eight years.
