For a cup of tea, 1 tsp of sweet wormwood, 1/2 tsp of black walnut.
I also make a tincture using 100 proof vodka. 3:1 ratio of vodka to sweet wormwood then store 6 weeks in mason jar in dark cabinet. Do the same with black walnut Hull separately. After 6 weeks, strain and you can combine them together. But in dropper bottles and day a few times a day. Tinctures last for 5 plus years
