Somali woman confirms my suspicions that some asylum seekers who are 'losing their documents' are pretending to be from countries they're not.

Somalis are fast-tracked through the system with 99% of them being granted refugee status so there's a big incentive to claim they're from there.

This Somali woman said she met some fake Somalis in Ireland and was able to identify them as serious criminals who had operated in Somalia. The texter said it was a real eye-opener for her and scary that they were being given Irish citizenship.

"So do you think a lot of asylum seekers are coming here because they know will get their papers easier?"

—"yeah, yeah, this is the reason. This is the only reason. Trust me!"

When you fail to deport rejected asylum applicants and then grant them blanket amnesties too, this is the result.
