There are several studies that show 80% of the average person’s thoughts are negative in nature, and 98% of their daily thoughts are the same exact thoughts they had the day before. Wow! Shocking, but sadly, not surprising. 

Unfortunately, many of us are ‘stuck’ on this hamster wheel of recycling negative thoughts that eventually turn into negative emotions. Then these negative emotions create MORE negative thoughts, which in turn feed more negative emotions because we don’t know how to get off the ride and can’t find the off switch.

Our minds are a mess and when more external conflict arises, we bury down emotions because we don’t have the capacity to deal with them. We store these emotions deep within the body so that we can process them another time. The only problem is that they must be dealt with before the lid blows; we only have a finite capacity. This is why Freud famously stated…

“Unexpressed emotions never die. They are buried alive and come forth in uglier ways.”

🏛 Sam White won Appeal Case in UK High Court
and had all restrictions lifted

UK Doctor (General Practitioner) Sam White, resigned from his practice because he could not reconcile his hippocratic oath to "do not harm" with the Covid treatment measures of the NHS including use of experimental, untested 'vaccines'.

After he left his practice and posted his pandemic views on social media he was censured by the General Medical Council and served a legal order not to make further posts on any aspect of Covid.

He has now won an Appeal Case in the UK High Court and had all restrictions on him lifted immediately. This is a great win for the human right of free expression.
