⚖️Update re: Letterkenny Court case today
Garda Michael Edward Kilcoyne v Living Man regarding 3 offences.
⚖️Offences:
• Personalised number plate
• No insurance
• Did not provide drivers license
⚖️ Living Man present in court past 4 occasions regarding these matters & was requested to be present today, 13th June, for a court case for a 5th time.
⚖️ Living Man didn’t go to court as previous deal stated 1st June 2022 to court if judge wished to have him present he’d require €1m to attend.
⚖️ Again no jurisdiction obtained by judge Éiteáin Cunningham.
The case has been adjourned for a 6th time until 20th April 2023.
⚖️ There’s a question here- why has the case been adjourned for a 6th time?
Because they can’t get jurisdiction on Living Man - there is no judge in the world able to deal with living wo/man.
This is why it’s important to change your status.

See NOTORISED AFFIDAVIT of FACT states the truth & the facts of what happened.
⚖️ 3 offences (an offence is not a crime)
• 2 accounts of dangerous driving/ speeding (opinion of someone acting under statutory law)
• 1 assault; assault by Garda on a living man b/c i did not consent to his orders.
• Members of the Garda Station in Ennis assaulted a living man while in custody, hence every member present & their superiors will be held accountable.
There is video evidence to substantiate this claim.
During my travels i caused no loss, injury or harm any living wo/man.
This abuse of power on living wo/man needs to stop.
