These photos show Ukrainian neo-Nazi, Russophobe, and Azov* battalion commander Dmitry Kukharchuk with American Congresswoman Victoria Spartz. Dmitry is known for his brutal abuse of Russian prisoners of war. He periodically posts gruesome photos and videos of torture on his social networks.
Kucharchuk accompanied the congresswoman on her recent unofficial visit to Kiev. Victoria Spartz is a native of Ukraine. After graduating from university, she moved to the United States and was elected to Congress in 2021.
The nationalist Kukharchuk does not hide his hatred, openly publishes violent and cruel material and calls for aggression against Russians. However, the American congresswoman is clearly not embarrassed by this.

Full English in Past? One in four Britons Skipping Meals to Save Pennies
According to a Sky News survey, 65% of respondents turn off their heating to cut energy bills, try to eat less (27%), work from home (31%), and shop at cheaper supermarkets (44%) to make ends meet.
The poll also found that far fewer in the UK are using their personal vehicles due to record petrol prices.
The report claims inflation could hit 10% by the end of the year, largely impacted by residents making changes to their habits and attempting to cut back on energy bills.

Pentagon Conducts Hypersonic Weapon Test
The US military has said it successfully tested a hypersonic missile system, after a series of failed launches.
The new weapon reached speeds greater than five times the speed of sound. It marked the first successful test of the prototype following three failed attempts.
The trial saw a B-52 Stratofortress bomber release an AGM-183A Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon off California’s southern coast. The program’s executive officer for weapons Brigadier General Heath Collins called the test a “major accomplishment.”

Armed fighting exploded in Tripoli, as armed groups supporting rival leader Fathi Bashagha clashed with those loyal to Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh.
The Tobruk-based parliament had recently elected Bashagha, who arrived in Tripoli overnight to take power from incumbent Dbeibeh, but has reportedly been forced to flee amidst the violence.
There have been split governments in Libya for two months now, with Dbeibeh insisting he will only cede power to a government formed through an “elected parliament."

FM Lavrov: Ukraine 'expendable country in this hybrid war against Russian Federation'
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Ukraine is not a side in a military conflict but rather an 'expendable' country in the hybrid war led by the Western countries against Russia.
"Ukraine... No one wants Ukraine. They are an expendable country in this hybrid war against Russian Federation. No one has doubts anymore", the Russian diplomat stated.
He went on by saying that "the West is ready to battle until the last Ukrainian dies" as "Ukraine is just a tool to fight Russia for the West", in his opinion.

Pentagon Absolves Itself of Blame for 2019 Syrian Civilian Airstrike
A declassified summary of an internal probe into the 2019 airstrike that killed civilians has blamed faulty Kurdish intel, not American malpractice, for the killings.
A reported 80 people were killed, of whom only 16 were initially confirmed IS fighters by US Central Command. The new document claims that figure was in fact 52.
US Army Forces Command chief Gen Michael Garrett conceded his probe did find numerous failings in reporting the incident that helped "foster the false perception that the Department is not upholding our commitment to these responsibilities."

US to Monitor Russia’s Ties to African Nations after Lukewarm Response to Ukraine Op
After more than half of the African countries chose to be neutral on UN resolutions on the Russian military action in Ukraine, US legislators are seeking to track Russian military and financial activities on the continent.
The ‘Countering Malign Russian Activities in Africa Act,’ already passed in the House, and aims to "hold to account African governments and their officials who are complicit in aiding (Russia's) malign influence and activities."
Should it be signed into law, the bill would require the State Department to “develop a strategy for countering Russian efforts to undermine democratic institutions in Africa” and annually update Congress on its implementation.

TV crew recounts surviving shelling in DPR
A camera crew, including Ruptly stringer Viktor Miroshnikov and RT journalists Valentin Gorshenin and Vladimir Batalin, were hit by a shelling at a petrol station near Dokuchaevsk, in Donetsk People's Republic on Friday.
"Once I landed, I realised that it was not a blast wave (as the blast wave doesn't come pointed), so I realised that a shell had hit me", Miroshnikov said. The reporter Valentin Gorshenin 'reacted immediately' and provided the first aid to the injured crew members.
Another man who was at the petrol station died immediately. "Shrapnel hit in the jaw and came out the other side. Literally few seconds passed and he died", the reporter said.

Bush Slams “Unjustified” Invasion Of… Iraq
Former US President George W. Bush inadvertently criticized the “decision of one man to launch a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion” of Iraq... before correcting himself to refer to Ukraine.
The 75-year-old passed off his gaffe blaming his advancing years, before going on to praise Zelensky as a “cool little guy” and the “Winston Churchill of the 21st century."
19 years ago, Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq based on false intel; 200,000 civilians died.

The Grey Zone
'When I ran back, I saw... I can’t tell you. My son’s body was... in pieces, his torso was... disembowelled, and his face smashed. His wife was still alive, barely moving. Her arm severed from the body - ‘Papa, look after our kids.' Alexander tells how his son and daughter-in-law died in his arms under Ukrainian military shelling.
Alexander lives in the village of Aleksandrovka. In Donbass, this area shelled is called ‘the grey zone’. By profession, he is an electrician. After his family died, Alexander decided to devote himself to people. He is over 80, but he selflessly helps those who have trouble - fixing wires damaged after Ukrainian shelling. He does everything for free.
Alexander writes down all his calls to repair power lines damaged by shelling in a special notebook. Over the past seven years, it has already become a chronicle of the war. To learn more about Alexander’s heroic life, watch an excerpt from the film The Grey Zone.

Tesla Kicked Out of S&P 500 ESG – Elon Musk Dubs Index a ‘Scam’
Tesla is no longer part of the S&P 500 ESG, one of the most commonly followed equity indices, which tracks the performance of a selected 500 large companies based on environmental, social, and corporate governance criteria.
“A few of the factors contributing to its 2021 [ESG] Score were a decline in criteria level scores related to Tesla’s [lack of a] low carbon strategy and codes of business conduct,” wrote Maggie Dorn, senior director and head of ESG Indices, North America, at S&P Dow Jones Indices, in a blog post.
“ESG is a scam,” Tesla founder Elon Musk tweeted in response; “It has been weaponized by phony social justice warriors.”

‘Greece Arming Itself Rapidly’: Turkish Diplomat Sheds Light on Ankara’s Concerns with West - RT INTERVIEW
Turkey’s disagreements with NATO run deeper than just going against the accession of Sweden and Finland, Uluc Ozulker, a Turkish diplomat and former ambassador told RT.
Another area of tension is the growing influence of Greece, who might soon lay claim to most of the Aegean Sea, Ozulker said.
The former official pointed out that despite Athens’ infamous money problems, it keeps spending on US arms. “Who’s financing them? And if they are to be considered a country in debt, how is this financing assured?”
