The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) reportedly stopped providing HIV and tuberculosis treatment to the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR), the chief doctors said in letters to local health ministers

"The representatives of the PRC thereby sent a clear signal that they do not support Ukraine and its president," the American politician believes.

Lawyers For Justice are either incompetent, dishonest, or both. The amendments they're referring to were not delayed through "worldwide resistance". In fact, the amendments were never scheduled to be voted upon as they stated, and they simply got it wrong. I suspect knowing they made a mistake, they are now spinning a narrative to save face. Support them if you like, you're free to do so, but you will have to disregard the evidence of their laziness and dishonesty which mounts by the day.
