Irish Sea Moss

Just had a small lung infection two days ago, out of Irish Moss which is probably the best of Sea Algaes in the world today. So I used Japanse Nori.

Made 4 mega smoothies, using 100-200gr Coconut meat, 10 mini banana's, 5 gr Nori seaweed, 10gr basil seed. Killed the lung infection before it got worse.

This is a very worrying trend in the political system today whereby service to self is paramount in such positions were its required that you serve. They don't call them civil SERVANTS for nothing.
This is were representative democracy gets you with representatives given astronomical salaries that pushes them away from the ordinary hard working men and woman of Ireland and right bang smack into upper class society to serve the corporate interests of the elite.
