The small town of Bagenalstown (its real name is Muine Bheag) in Co. Carlow is to be getting 48 asylum seekers according to the above post and video being circulated online (the part about Algerian prisoners is probably conjecture. A new video suggests they'll be mainly women & kids).

The site is an old restored Georgian house in the centre of the town on Regent St which has an attached coach house and was once in use as a bank. The grounds include a high stoned wall private garden.

Inside are seven bedrooms and two bathrooms and it has an array of Georgian features including the original fan light window, some stained glass, ornate coving and centre roses, window shutters, pine doors, roped architrave, wide pine flooring and more.

Our new guests wouldn't expect anything less than the luxury our former planters afforded themselves, I'm sure.

Girls be careful i was walking the fassaugh store at about 6.15pm last nite this fella was cycling from fassaugh road towords the lights at delvin road he copd me and started to shout at me he then started to cycle after me but i ran in to the shop every time i tryed to walk home he was ducking down and hiding so i wiuldnt see him in the end i had to ask someone for a lift i was so so scared. When we drove he was hiding behind the wall at eithne road he knew i would have to come home this way. Anyway hes bike was nower to be seen and he covered hes face when the girl who was dropping me home took hes pic. He was black with dreadlocks to hes neck. Yellow and blue or black jacket. He also had a ear piece flashing blue. Hes demeanour was very scary. Also a girl on fassaugh road said she seen him last week and he was standing on the road staring at her.
