📉 Daily Bitcoin chart review 📈

Bitcoin created a very bullish last 8H candle. A little late reaction after SP500 index made the same yesterday. Not gonna call for the moon now, but I think from this point we may expect all the other swings to bounce higher and eventually target 46k resistance which became point of control on this chart. Another closer resistance level is at ~44.7k and may also reject price during the following weeks volatility, but 46-47k seems to be better target for that bounce.

I've been asked "how can I be so bearish now if I have cycles chart with ATH in December?". Because on daily bases I forecast nearest days and weeks price action while cycles chart is based on month timeframe and 9 years of PA. Nothing is lost ✊

📉 Daily Ethereum chart review 📈

Ethereum dumped to 2805 and created same bullish candle as BTC. Doesn't mean price will go straight up, but its a good start for a bounce. Point of control at ~3230 and all the major MAs left at ~3400. Before ETH get there might swing in between 2900 and 3150 for some time.

After the bounce bearish scenario has most chances as market structure was broken with creation of new Lowe Low so no sense in too high expectations. At least till the end of October.

President Nayib Bukele Reveals El Salvador Buys The Bitcoin Dip

The government of El Salvador took advantage of a recent Bitcoin price drop, with President Nayib Bukele announcing the purchase of another 150 coins that are worth roughly $6.8 million at press time.

Earlier today, the flagship cryptocurrency slipped to $45,135 on the Bitstamp exchange. El Salvador now holds 700 coins after the most recent buy.

The Central American nation initially purchased 400 coins on Sept. 7, the day it adopted Bitcoin as legal tender.

Mostly monitoring Dollar Index now as it seem to have most correlation with Bitcoin price. Now bouncing which is normal after 5 red candles. If that bounce take it above yesterday's high it will grow higher (and everything - stocks/crypto - will fall lower). If not, target for pullback same as I wrote yesterday around 92.86

$600M Worth Of Bitcoin Now Accumulated By Miners From February

According to Glassnode, Bitcoin miner continues accumulating as holders refuses to sell their BTC, with wallets in over six and half months ago piling up 14,000 BTC worth roughly $600 million, even as hashrate increases despite the recent sell-off.

Data shows the Network hashing power has recovered 52% from 137 Exahashes, this shows that most mining operations are now running since after the chinese crackdown.

Bitcoin finally landed to SR zone which wasn't re-tested after the initial breakout in August. Perfect zone for a bounce which should take it to 44k at least. At the same time I wouldn't take off possibility for price to drop lower to POC support at ~34-35k as on week chart this drop didn't create any sufficient volume. Either no one was selling or no one is really buying. Or both which leads to the same conclusion that this price zone is our of market whales interest. So buying the dips with DCA but without any mid/long term intentions to hodl. This market will need much more time before it allows to switch from day trading to swing.

Bitcoin reached nearest resistance zone for that bounce. Arrow drawn two days ago assumed there will be retest of ~42-42.6k before growing higher. So far BTC skipped it so most probably time is coming soon. BTC dominance pulled back yesterday so in case of BTC pullback it will bounce back. Everything fits that scenario as some altcoins grown a lot and ask of a little correction.

Another less possible scenario is BTC breaking out to 46k without pullback. Will be devastating for shorts and crypto loves pain and blood. So possible. But I wouldn't bet on it. Taking profits from my longs here to buy back on pullback.

Ethereum reached top of forecasted swing channel at 3150 ✅ Now expect it to pull back to the bottom of it at 2900. Same as with BTC possible breakout to cause maximum damage to shorters, but that scenario seems to be less possible than pullback.

Point of control at ~3230 and all the major MAs left at ~3400 remain main target for the next ETH swing.
