Ripple Plans To Go Public After SEC Suit Resolution Is Settled
Ripple Labs CEO Brad Garlinghouse sighted that Ripple going public is imminent and is only delayed by the SEC lawsuit.
Ripple is questioning why SEC thinks that bitcoin and ether were commodities, not securities like XRP. Ripple however hasn't stopped working with partners overseas as they view it as a currency, signing over 20 contracts this year.
The Ripple case is making progress as court grants Ripple’s regulatory clarity motion.

Always good to keep an eye on Dollar Index. Especially when Bitcoin doesn't have a strong trend and therefore subjected to outer influence. DXY now at trendline with high potential of breakout. So weak stocks and crypto are in danger (and morning BTC chart clearly represent that situation). Stay safe.

That would be beautiful if ETH bounce here from previous uptrend trendline. Volume increasing as well. But that would leave us without the dips 😒 And since DXY is about to breakout I feel that trendline will be broken. Targets 2100 / 1900.

Dollar index and stocks analysis
Stocks actually closed week with somewhat bullish week candle and very bullish day candle (Dow), but closer look shows that they are ready to dump on Monday. And past records show that beginning of week is always bearish for stocks that doesn't promise anything good.
DXY made a falling wedge breakout yesterday which ended up with a bull trap (at smaller timeframe). At least the rejection was violent. This is the only factor which bulls may hope for. If DXY will continue dumping it may help stocks and crypto to grow. But if 90 support will bounce, I don't see any of them having enough bullishness to push back.
Unfortunately stocks and DXY charts only confirm what we see at BTC.

And one more chart representing crypto health. Surprisingly for myself I find it bullish for alts 😂 At least not that bad as everything else show. Maybe its just about prices vs BTC which doesn't deny dump in USDT, but still.
BTC dominance has potential to drop down to ~42 and therefore alts should pump a little. Bull market chart also falls down to the bottom. 🧐 Sure can stay there for long, but bottom is bottom.
