Bitcoin re-testing 47k support. That is the first test after breakout. As i wrote in today's review possible wick lower to 46500, maybe even 46000. But if bounce from this level it will make market very bullish.

Ethereum closed last review's day above 3200 and bounced as expected. I still keep the old parallel channel drawing as ETH price follows its borders as magnet. We saw bounce from the lower border. Now breakout above higher level and come back for re-test. Won't be surprised to see it at 3430 or lower at POC 3250. Mostly depends on BTC price action now. Regardless short term movements this chart look bullish.

📉 Daily Bitcoin chart review 📈

Bitcoin touched nearest long zone at 47k support and bounced. This is still a bull flag and I still think "dead cat bounce" target at 50k / 51.8k is realistic. But to get there BTC has to grow above last fractal at 48557 on spot (48488 at Futures). And starting point would be growth above last 4H candle high.

Small comment about "dead cat bounce" - when I mention it I mean price reaction to flash dump. It doesn't mean that BTC have lost chances to make new ATH. It means that after huge dump there is always a bounce. The rest depends on how far that bounce grow and how low price will fall after the bounce. If it won't make LL chances stay valid. No sense in guessing and forecasting further than we can see 😉

Was short term wrong about last bullish BTC dominance forecast. So now looking at bigger picture to show reasons behind it as forecast stay valid. BTC dominance is still at risk of breakout. What it means for us? That we can buy the dips =)

At the same time there is also a scenario of Dominance breaking down from that triangle towards 930. In this case alts will pump like crazy everywhere. So keep that in mind. As we could expect BTC dominance pump pushed Ethereum down to same support it was bouncing from all previous times. Although fractals show that previous PA created only higher lows I feel uncertain about current move. You know that the more times SR zone is tested the weaker it becomes. That makes ~71500 very weak. Therefore all I can say is that ETH should close 4/8H above 72800 (August close) in order to maintain chances to pump in October above 82500. Otherwise it will take longer time with potential drop back to ~66000 and 61000 (which on high TF will still keep ETH bullish but strongly delay the progress).

Bitcoin grown above last fractal which add bullishness to this chart. Don't know if we will see 50k / 51.8k this weekend or getting there will take longer time, but it seems inevitable. Meanwhile month VWAP is moving sideway so price will be attracted to swing below and above it while there is no clear trend. And 47k SR isn't that far so keep longs there.

Bearish view - stocks dumped on Friday and Dollar Index pumped. Weekend might keep crypto disconnected from global market influence, but if on Mon-Tue stocks won't bounce back this may lead to total bearish destruction of all markets. And stocks usually don't grow in the beginning of the week 🙈
