Dollar Index closed week dropping below 103.21 (month close) which currently forms a bearish doji on M TF. But yet it is early to say its ready to go down. Next week will show the way. Republicans in the House of Representatives have recently introduced a bill order that would prevent the Labor Department from restricting the investment options available to workers in self-directed retirement plans.
Americans would be permitted to include Bitcoin in their 401(k) plans if they so choose under the bill. The Financial Freedom Act was introduced by Florida Republican Byron Donalds.

Bitcoin continued moving towards breakout as it started on Sunday. Still no volume, so here are main factors worth mentioning.
* New CME gap formed down to 29310
* DXY continued falling down to 102.35 (May 5th swing low)
* S&P500 closed Friday with bullish doji at support - promise a bounce or at least choppy consolidation
With all that said Monday promise a lot of price action. Gap closed first - then pump to 31.3k or visa versa pump&dump. Impossible to predict. Best option here is to wait for Monday close and work with range it forms.
Nearest LTF support for re-test at 30200-30270. Whether price will be accepted above or below define the sequence of the following moves.

He did, however, say in 2020 that investing in cryptocurrencies is essentially gambling, forecasting that the price will plummet to zero.
Rogers also predicted that cryptocurrencies would play a key part in the future monetary network.
