Forza Horizon 3 developer build. This is the original leak and is not cracked.

To install, just get the files, and copy the location of the installation. Open PowerShell and type:

cd "C:\your\location"
Then do:
Add-AppxPackage -register AppxManifest.xml
Make sure developer mode is turned on!

One last thing. RAD Video Tools (bink.rar) is a software that converts MP4 files to .BK2. A BK2 file uses a codec that's really efficient while keeping video quality. It's used in Epic games and a lot of Xbox games too. You normally have to pay $495 for this (in 2021) (there is a free version but it only uses the old codec) and this is normally only for game studios but someone on Discord sent this copy.


If you want to check out how it works on games, you can after installing the Forza Horizon 3 developer build, go to media\ui\videos and replace a BK2 with your own video. You can also open BK2 files with this tool and convert them back to MP4. EDIT 26/09: Turns out this is in Unreal Engine for free. But I do have access to an encoder from the Cyberpunk source code, so might share that soon.
