Windows 95 build 07200022
Build 07200022 was compiled on July 20, 1992, and includes the following changes:

* Modified window design
* Paint predecessor: Raster graphics editor
* New control panel applets
* New task list: nearly identical to the one in the release version of Windows 95
* File Manager improvements: right-click context menu support
* Windows Project Manager: A stripped-down version of Program Manager: can only open one group
* MS-DOS mode is not working

Additional notes:

* This build is the earliest known and available build of Windows 95.
* It predates the Chicago Feature Specification document by more than 2 months.
* It was compiled over a month after an internal email discussing its UI changes.
* This build is relatively similar to contemporary builds of Windows for Workgroups 3.1, although it includes a number of user experience changes.
