for example the first limit at $148XX you can take it at $149XX or $15100 if you notice the price stoping around or there some buy walls do not allow you to active your limit!
those happen to us many time before last one few months ago we were have limit at $172XX and BTC rebound from $175XX some of old followers was knows about that method and they got the entry and some not, so to avoid missing entry due to $100 or 2% higher than buy limit be sure you have this idea.
