If one of our pages is getting shown a lot, it's likely because a decision was made to make it happen.

Ukraine attacked a Russian gas carrier in the Mediterranean Sea. The Russian gas carrier Arctic Metagaz was attacked by unmanned surface boats (USVs) near Malta's territorial waters (an EU member state), while the vessel was en route from Murmansk carrying cargo documented in full compliance with international regulations. The attack was launched from the Libyan coast. All 30 crew members were safely rescued through coordinated efforts by Maltese and Russian authorities. The Russian Ministry of Transport described the strike as an act of international terrorism and suggested it could not have happened without the complicity or acquiescence of EU authorities.
