⭕️معالجة ال Constipation عند المرأة الحامل :
✅Cause: Decreased peristalsis
✅Nonmedical treatment ➡️Increase high-fiber foods.
➡️Increase fluid intake to eight 8-oz glasses of water a day.
➡️ Increase exercise.
✅ Symptomatic relief
➡️ Stool softeners (check that prenatal vitamin does not already contain docusate)
➡️ Bulk laxatives: Not absorbed.
➡️Stimulants: Not recommended as first-line therapy.
➡️Avoid mineral oil: Impairs vitamin K absorption and could cause hypoprothrombinemia.

⭕️ عند معالجة ال TB يجب أن نعلم عندما يكون هناك
( drug resistance )
لدواء ال isoniazid
نستخدم هذه الأدوية للمعالجة:
✅rifampin, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, and moxifloxacin or levofloxacin)
لمدة شهرين ثم نكمل لمدة سبعة أشهر بال :
✅rifampin (or rifabutin) plus ethambutol plus
moxifloxacin (or levofloxacin) ..


أما عندما تكون المقاومة لدواء ال (rifampin )

يجب أن نستخدم هذه الأدوية :
✅isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol
لمدة (9–12 )شهر
أو بإمكاننا إضافة ال (streptomycin) لأول شهرين من أجل نقصرة فترة المعالجة لتسعة أشهر فقط ..

⭕️Ferric citrate is FDA approved as a phosphate binder and may be useful for oral iron supplementation in patients with CKD

🅾️In Osteomyelitis therapy
✅ Commonly used oral antimicrobials display high bioavailabilty including
✔️fluoroquinolones,
✔️doxycycline,
✔️clindamycin,
✔️linezolid, and
✔trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole

✅Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) MRSA guidelines
recommend a minimum of 8 weeks for treatment of MRSA osteomyelitis in adults.

⭕️ليكن بعلمك أن الهدف من معالجة ال epilepsy منع حدوث ال seizures بواسطة المحافظة على الجرعة المؤثرة سواءكان دواء واحد أو أكثر

✅لذلك العناية بضبط الجرعة شيءضروري..
⬅️أي نبدأ بجرعة منخفضة ونزيدها gradually حتى نسوي controled لل seizures.

✅تكرار الجرعة غالباً تحدد بواسطة 👇

لذلك معظم ال antiepileptics
عندما تستخدم في الجرعة اليومية، ممكن أن نعطيها مرتين يومياً ،
⬅️ماعدا بعض
الأدوية مثل ال Lamotrigine, perampanel, phenobarbital, and phenytoin
✅تعتبر long half-lives
تعطى مرة واحدة يومياً عند النوم

with large doses, some antiepileptics may need to be given more frequently to avoid adverse effects associated with high peak plasma-drug concentration.
